I went through a phase in my life when I had strict food rules and dieting experiences. From binge eating to following fad diets, and even restricting certain food groups, I have pretty much tried it all.

Before I began my education in nutrition, I faced the challenges of binge eating and felt lost when it came to knowing what to eat. I spent countless hours reading articles and watching videos, desperately seeking answers on how to lose weight. I experimented with various fad diets, hoping to find a solution, but ultimately found myself unable to sustain any lasting results.

These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of the struggles many individuals face when it comes to their relationship with food and weight. It has driven me to explore a different approach—one that focuses on nourishing the body, nurturing a positive mindset, and fostering sustainable habits.

As a registered nutritionist, my mission is to guide and support women on their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I am here to provide evidence-based information, practical tools, and personalized strategies that go beyond quick fixes and restrictive diets.
